Hemp is legal in most states. The 2018 Farm Bill removed hemp, defined as “cannabis with less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC”, from the definition of marijuana in the controlled substance act. Astrobleme is a Licensed Hemp-Food manufacturer and distributor with the Florida Department of Agriculture. Since the legalization of hemp, some states have passed laws banning ingestible products or specific cannabinoids, certain items may not be able to be shipped to your state.

Hemp and marijuana are actually just two different names for a cannabis plant. The term “hemp” is used to define cannabis that contains less than 0.3 % Delta-9 THC. While, “marijuana” refers to cannabis that has more than 0.3 percent THC. Hemp generally has a high concentration of CBD, and varying concentrations of other Cannabinoids like CBG, CBN, and Delta-8 THC. All of Astrobleme’s Hemp products are sourced from legally grown US Hemp.

Cannabinoids are naturally occurring compounds found in the cannabis plant. The most widely known cannabinoids are Delta-9 THC and CBD. There are over 100 known Cannabinoids, the legalization of hemp has opened up research into the usefulness and effects of these different cannabinoids.

CBD, otherwise known as cannabidiol, is a cannabinoid extracted from the hemp plant. CBD it is not psychoactive, meaning it will not get you ‘high’ in the way that THC (marijuana) does. CBD does has many potential therapeutic benefits, like stress relief and relaxation.  

Some drug tests can’t differentiate among cannabinoids. While all of our products are under 0.3% Delta-9 THC, there is a chance our products could lead to a failed drug test. We DO NOT recommend taking any Hemp products if you expect to take a drug test.

The legal age to consume these products varies state by state. In Florida, where we operate, the legal age to consume these products is 21. You must be 21 to buy and consume all AstroBliss products.

Dosing our products varies from person to person. The effects of these products can depend on a variety of factors - such as a person's tolerance to THC, weight, water & food intake, and an individual's mental state. At AstroBleme, we recommend starting with a low dose. If someone has never used THC before, we recommend they start with a microdose like 1-2mg of THC. If an individual has taken THC before then they can start with a typical serving size which is about 5mg of THC. We recommend waiting at least 30 minutes to monitor how an individual feels and to see if they feel the effects within that time. After this period of time, if an individual has not felt the effects, then one can take a little bit more. Our dosing motto at AstroBleme is ‘less is more - you can always take more but you can never take less.’
