Your order will be shipped out within 2 business days (typically the next business day). Depending on the shipping options and your location, orders typically arrive within 1-4 days. You will be emailed a tracking number. If you have shipping issues please fill out our “contact us” form with Shipping in the subject field.
Yes! We offer a variety of shipping options, with UPS ground typically arriving in one to two days within the state of Florida. If you run out of your favorite product before bed, you can place an order with expedited shipping and have it arrive within 48 hours.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $100 receive a free upgrade UPS ground shipping.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks, money orders, or PayPal.
Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system. If your payment still isn’t accepted, call your credit card company to clear the transaction, and then place a new order.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact us about sending it back within 14 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs. See our Refund Policy for more info.
Your refund will typically show up within 7-10 business days after we receive your return.
