The effects of certain Cannabinoids can take up to two weeks of regular use to be felt, so for first time users we recommend starting with 5-10 milligrams of CBN (roughly one half to one dropper full) one to two times per day. Consistency is important. If no effects are felt in the first week you can increase dosage accordingly. The industry standard for a serving of Cannabinoid tincture is 1 dropper full or 1ml. There isn’t conclusive information on exact dosage, so we recommend starting low and increasing as needed until the desired effect is felt.

For best results we recommend taking our tinctures sublingually, placing the desired serving under the tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing. This allows the effects of the cannabinoids to be felt sooner as they enter your bloodstream through the blood vessels in your mouth.
