Is Delta-8 THC Legal in Florida?

Currently, certain products derived from US grown hemp plants are legal according to The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. As Delta-8 THC derives from hemp, it falls under this jurisdiction and is legal to buy and sell in the state of Florida as long as it contains a total THC content of 0.3% or less. Now, this isn’t a new law. Florida is acting under the parameters set in the Farm Bills of 2014 and 2018. The state government has not taken a new stance since the rise of Delta-8 THC in Florida. Thanks to this set of rules, you can currently buy Delta-8 online as well as in dispensaries and convenience stores throughout the state.
